In fact, it was not the first Paris wedding fair I attended. Before, I happened to visit those at the Porte de Versailles. However, pushed back by the enormity and unsophisticated atmosphere of this event, I never decided to participate.
Andy Festival – Wedding Fair in Paris
On the other hand, I did not hesitate a moment when I knew that the blog A beautiful day – this influential blog of marriage – organized its own salon of the marriage of Paris. I sent my request and waited impatiently for the answer, especially since the name of the event – Andy Festival – was already reminiscent of beautiful things. A festival is not a pretentious wedding fair. On the contrary, it reminds of summer, parties, warm evenings and music.

Several wedding market professionals, as well as their clients, found themselves in a festive atmosphere, whose theme this year was Bollywood. No doubt, this Paris wedding fair was the coolest of my life.
A wedding at Bollywood
Personally, I was a little stressed to prepare myself for the event. The end of the wedding season and my lack of mastery of the Bollywood theme did not help me. Fortunately, it was enough to visit the Indian quarter once near the Gare du Nord so that all my problems were solved. I was able to buy the decorations in small shops, then I relaxed in an excellent restaurant. Samoussas and masala, that heals all the evils.
Then all I had to do was set up my stand at the Bastille Design Center, among other photographers. Exchanging experiences and interacting with professionals from the same sector, it is still an advantage to participate in the wedding fair. In fact, as a wedding photographer, you rarely meet other professionals…unless it’s a cameraman who does not stop messing up your photos ?

These two days passed quickly: I had a great time and exchanged with the couples who participated in the festival. In addition, I had a little time to take a look around me.
